Event sales & co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to handle sales leads from in-bound phone calls and website enquiries.
  • To ensure all enquiries are attended to in a timely manner and sales SOP’s are adhered to.
  • Candidate is required to constantly keep in touch with existing client and new clients in order to build relationship and brand loyalty.
  • To liaise with clients to understand their event objective and needs, thereafter to prepare event proposals and quotation for them.
  • Candidate may be required to travel to provide venue tours to the client.
  • Candidate is required to prepare event costing, quotation and invoice.
  • To achieve individual sales target and to work closely with the team to achieve overall company sales target.
  • To manage and coordinate with relevant event suppliers and vendors that will be supplying for the event such as caterers, AV team, deco team, etc.
  • To undertake any ad hoc task or assignment that is assigned by the management from time to time.
  • To analyse data from inbound and outbound sales activities and prepare relevant reports of sales trend and forecast.
  • Work with internal cross functional teams and 3rd party agencies, to ensure high levels of internal understanding & involvement and on time delivery of projects
  • Constantly on the look out for new business opportunity via networking, relationship building with existing clients to increase the company’s event spaces utilisation rate and increase overall revenue.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Event Management, Business Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Sales, Event Management, Event Operations, Customer Service, Project Management, Marketing.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Event sales, customer service, business development, event management or equivalent.
  • Candidate is required to have prior experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Familiar with sales process from start to finish.
  • Candidate must posses excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert findings delivered thru analysis into actionable insights
  • Candidate may be required to work on weekends, after office hours and public holidays.
  • Candidate is required to be resourceful and a problem solver.
  • Added advantage if candidate has prior experience in the events industry doing sales, event planning, event co-ordination, and/or event management.

Operation & customer services executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Candidate is required to administrative tasks.
  • Candidate is required to do event set up. This task involves setting event space with different furnitures set up, depending on the clients requirements.
  • Candidate is required to manage work schedules
  • Candidate is responsible to upkeep, manage, maintain the office and event space under the company.
  • Candidate is required to maintain a high standard of customer service with all guests and ensure that they have a pleasant experience at our venue.
  • Candidate may be assigned to handle ad hoc tasks from the management from time to time.
  • Candidate is required to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests at the event

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Hospitality, Others or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of HR and Administrative duties including sourcing, recruitment, monthly payroll process, employee/industry relations, compensation & benefits and performance review
  • Handle the recruitment process including sourcing of candidates, screening, coordinating interview, on-boarding and exit management.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and administrative duties
  • Assist with employee relation and build strong relationships with employees
  • Manage internal and external job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedback with hiring manager.
  • Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Giving operation support to business operation and sales team department.
  • Assist in developing, executing and implementing of the company policies and procedures, ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 5 years experience as Human Resources Generalist or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft office, mainly on Word, Power Point and Excel especially.
  • Candidate must be familiar with English and Malay languages (Both written & spoken)
  • Preferred those with high sense of “Confidentiality” and able to keep all sensitive informations from leaking out.
  • Candidate must have a strong knowledge in Recruitment & Selection process.
  • Candidate must have a great communication and PR skills to be able to deal with anyone at any levels.

3D graphic designer

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as supportive creative lead on incoming event opportunities, including development of creative concepts from start to finish for use in out-going proposals
  • Put your skills on practice by using 3D graphic renderings and visualisations of event environments
  • Video content and creative video creation is a plus
  • Creative and design resource for production team, providing design support and direction
  • Work closely with clients, internal team and external related professionals from design stage to production
  • To study clients brand guide and create visual and designs in accordance to the do’s and dont’s
  • To accompany events team from the preliminary brief by the client, right to coming out with creative ideas and concept, thereafter to work on producing relevant 3D designs and visuals with detailed measurements for fabrication team to execute the build-up

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
